Angelia said she is still having issues receiving information from the insurance company about the rental vehicle. She said Enterprise rental hasn't heard from them. She has been waiting almost three weeks for them to put her money back on her Visa credit card. The rental company is sending out emails, but no one is answering them. She said her claim isn't getting closed and it is irritating. Her vehicle was sort of ready on time, the woman told her they would bring it around in just a moment and she waited 30 to 45 minutes for it. She said another customer after her received their vehicle before her. When she asked about it, the woman told her she thought someone else was bringing it around. She said there was a communication gap between them. She was completely satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism when she dropped her vehicle off and she was impressed with them, but when she picked her vehicle up she wasn't impressed. The woman who was there didn't act like she wanted to deal with her. She wanted her to sign the paper and walk away. She said she overheard that the woman isn't normally there. She wasn't helpful. She wasn't satisfied with the insurance company because her claim has not been closed. She would not recommend this business based on this experience.
