Michael said he was asked to pick up his vehicle in the middle of the night and he was unfamiliar with the layout of the lot so that was difficult. There were two parts left off of the vehicle and placed in the trunk, he had to go back and have them put these parts back on, which wasted an hour of his time. His vehicle was worked on in the vicinity of another process and there are bits of wax all over one side of his vehicle. He has had to spend considerable time removing the wax. His vehicle was about 5 days late due to the facility waiting for parts.
