Scott said the time it took to complete the repairs and the amount of times he had to go back was unacceptable. There is still one part he has to go back for because it was ordered wrong. The first time he went to pick his vehicle up the tires were wrong and he was not consulted about it. The emergency brake had been completely ignored. He had expected the facility to be done by the 9th of January, but the vehicle wasn't ready to be picked up until the 20th. The people were friendly and he knows they did their best, but he wishes they hadn't taken him so lightly about when he needed his vehicle back and that they had taken more initiative with the emergency brake repair. He was told his vehicle could not be properly aligned because certain parts were only worn and not damaged, so they would be unable to replace them. He had to keep pouring money into replacing the parts himself, but it did not fix the alignment. He expected that the facility would return his vehicle to the state it was in before the accident. The insurance company did not provide a rental without an extra fee. He said it was frustrating that nobody reimbursed him for taxi costs for all the extra trips he had to make to the facility.
