Adam said he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the body work because the tire and alignment was off when he received it. His vehicle wasn't ready when promised it took an extra day because he wasn't pleased with the repair so he took the vehicle back. The business didn't wash his vehicle so it wasn't returned in a clean condition. He wasn't satisfied with the courtesy and professionalism of the personnel because the business kept telling him his vehicle was repaired and when he arrived it wasn't done to his satisfaction. Adam wouldn't recommend the business because he still has another issue with the vehicle and he has to contact the business to see if it's possibly something they caused.

I understand from the manager at Kirmac Seattle understand that the insurance company has approved a front end alignment to be performed and that your vehicle is scheduled for May 20, 2011 for a new horn to be installed to remedy the difference in sound after the accident.
