He didn't expect the business to wash his vehicle and when he picked it up it was very clean. He really appreciated it. He paid for the repairs out-of-pocket. The original estimate was $2,800. When he paid for the repairs the total was $3,100 due to hidden damages. The business could serve him better by taking their time to perform a thorough estimate.
