Amy said there were some follow ups that she had to make that this business should have initiated. There were 3 visits and on the first visit which was the repair of the major part of the damage the business initiated follow up calls well. The business fell down on their follow ups on the last two visits. She is a repeat customer and felt the business did not meet her high expectations from her previous experiences. There was a miscommunication and a follow up problem by the insurance company that caused some consternation.
