Mike said when he took in his vehicle the whole front end was smashed. One of the bulbs in the headlight was not replaced and it does not work, when it worked before. Since the headlight was not damaged they told him he needed to speak with his insurance company about having the bulb replaced. Also, they put an after market OEM bumper guard on his vehicle and it is not in alignment. They took pictures and sent them to his insurance company. He has been waiting since the vehicle was returned to him to be contacted about these issues and feels this business literally forgot about him. He is still expecting a follow up phone call from this business and has been too busy to contact them.
