Spoke with Carrie. She said all of the service advisors were great. This business could serve her better by providing loaner vehicles because she has to make arrangements for transportation and that is inconvenient for her.

Sergey said he was pretty satisfied with his experience and the time, about 45 minutes, was good. The courtesy and communication weren't excellent, and he chose not to elaborate. He stated it was an oil change and it was simple. Sergey lives in Canada and just happened upon Klein Honda. He was satisfied and he was pleased with the experience, absolutely.

Norma said she did not get all of the service work she requested. She asked for a diagnostic testing of her transmission and that was not done. This was found out when the service advisor started to go over her work done. The service advisor did not finish going over all that was done with her vehicle. After she arrived home she went over her paperwork and found that her throttle needed to be cleaned and it was not done. She would like the business to offer package deals or groupings instead of all work to be charged separately.
