Klein Honda

We bought our Honda here and continue to return for warranty service and recalls. They staff are courteous and professional, but access is poor. The parking lot is usually full and parking is tight. Also, their phone system wasn't working that day (a Saturday), so I couldn't call to get status on my vehicle. At least the repair went smoothly.

Came in for a routine oil change, the receptionist was super nice and helpful clearly going through the cost as well as suggested work that could/should be done as well as giving a idea of cost & priority.

I received a coupon for an express oil & filter service for $10 - a remarkable deal. The coupon merely said I should schedule an appointment first. This I did via a chat session with Grant on your website, and when I arrived at my scheduled time I found that appointments didn't matter - it was only first come, first serve. Had I known this I would have come when you first opened. Although described as Express, it took a little over an hour for my oil change, but on the good side the price was great, no extra charges for environment, 20w oil and so forth - plus you have a very nice facility.

Your good repair/maintenance keeps my car running and I don't worry about breaking down somewhere. I know that you have checked over my car and I can travel worry free.

Love the new check-in /express lube facility. Quick check-in and adequate waiting area. It took 20 minutes to take the car back for service but the overall time was still acceptable at about an hour. Staff was friendly. Received web discount on oil change, multi-point inspection and car wash voucher. Good value
