Normally you give good service. But today you techs aligned my car to the wrong specs. If I didn't catch it before I left your store my car would have been out of alignment and wearing the tires incorrectly. Better QA should have been done to not allow this to happen. This is the second time this has happened to me in the last year. It has shaken my confidence in your organization.
