4 New Tires -No call, no clean up
Although I was happy to get my new tires the same afternoon I came in for a quote, I was expecting an informatory call letting me know if I needed 2 or 4 tires, and I was expecting to have my car all put back together. Instead, I drove away feeling like my car got kicked to the curb. My customized lock nut was rattling around in my cup holder, my car manual was thrown on the seat, and my trunk mats were all pulled up. Small things, but still part of a service package.....
