"My Mitsubishi Mirage's Service at Layton Tunex"
My wife and I have regular customers at the Layton Tunex for some time. Recently we brought our 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage to them for a 222,000 mile service. As usual, our experience was very satisfactory. We dropped it off Wednesday evening, it was promptly and professionally serviced, and we picked it up Thursday afternoon. The cost for the service was reasonable.

"Location"
Two years ago I received a fix it ticket for the 3rd break light being out. I placed a couple of light bulbs in the 3rd light and an officer passed it. Now two years later (after passing inspection last year), I am told it's not bright enough and failed. How did the officer pass it? How did it pass inspection at the same location last year?
