Spoke with Rene. She said the business had to order the part from out of state. She said she spoke with the personnel on Friday at around 2:00 pm and she found out they had not received the part. She said they did not expect to be able to finish the work until the following week, but they received the part by late afternoon on Friday and then finished the work by Saturday. She said at first she thought it was a joke when they called her husband to tell him that the vehicle was ready. She was really pleased and she appreciated it.
