Sheila said she gave a rating of 4 for her overall experience and for the way she was treated by the personnel because the business was uncompromising. She wanted a small blemish on a bumper painted and the insurance company was paying a lot for the paint work and she felt the business should have worked with her on a fair price for the painting of the blemish. They refused to paint the blemish and wanted $500 to do this extra work. She will not recommend this business because of their unwillingness to compromise and will return to her former auto body repair business for major auto body repair work. Sheila will be contacting the business about a new clicking noise in a wheel when it is turned that may need to be repaired. Her insurance company also referred her.

The paint on the rear bumper cover was peeling from an improper repair done by another shop. Sheila did not want to be charged to properly correct the defective bumper paint and stated that other body shops had always done work for her at no charge in the past and felt we should do the same. Unfortunately, we could not accommodate Sheila with her request for "free" services.
