Spoke with Teresa. She said her vehicle was ready a day earlier than promised. She said she had a problem with the cost. It cost more than than what they inititally told her. They had to put some kind of an absorbent under and next to the bumper. The cost put it over the threshhold for her. She said she hopes there won't be a supplemental charge. Overall the experience was good.
