Ralph said he called this business because the insurance company told him to take the vehicle to them because they do business with them and it was 10 minutes away from his house. The person on the phone told him they were too busy and he should take it somewhere else. He will not recommend this business to others based on this experience.

What is not mentioned here is We did repair this vehicle.
Our company policy is to provide timely quality repairs for all our customers. If for some reason we are unable to provide a timely repair (full schedule in this case) thru one of our insurance partners, We always offer the customer the option to choose another facility to have their vehicle repaired. Again we offer the option not tell them we are too busy. If a customer is willing to wait for an opening in our schedule we will gladly accomodate them.
