Our company policy is to provide timely quality repairs for all our customers. If for some reason we are unable to provide a timely repair (full schedule in this case) thru one of our insurance partners, We always offer the customer the option to choose another facility to have their vehicle repaired. Again we offer the option not tell them we are too busy. If a customer is willing to wait for an opening in our schedule we will gladly accomodate them.
