"They are not honest!!!!!"
This place is dishonest. In Repair shop 5 times without a day in between for a check engine light. They also crashed my car. Well they said small curb. new fender and tire only ? mechanic injured and was taken from vw to a repair facility for 16 days without prior inspection or consent.

Robert said he brought his vehicle in because the air conditioning is broken. He picked up his vehicle the next day and was told there is nothing wrong with it.The facility told him they tested it and it is fine. He tried it on his way home and found it was actually still broken. So he doesn't know if it just started working for the facility right when they tested it or what.

Marcelo said they are friendly and treat him great. They make him feel comfortable. He really likes the shuttle service they offer, if the customer does not want to wait for their vehicle inside the business. His service advisor, Steve, explained everything to him and called him ahead of time when his vehicle was ready. The service advisor also saved him money by explaining the warranty to him. He only had to pay the deductible. His vehicle runs great.

Mary said this business treated her poorly and would not fix her vehicle until it was out of warranty. They were disrespectful and used foul language. She has been trying to get a valve on her vehicle replaced for the past three years but they would not do it until this visit. Her transmission was damaged even though her vehicle only has 60,000 miles on it. She was told it would be a $6,000 repair because it was not in warranty. Her son presented them the documentation that proved this valve was faulty and should have been replaced but instead of looking at it they threatened to punch him in the face. They covered the passenger's seat in oil and stole all of the documents about her vehicle. She has purchased 12 vehicles total from them and has always had these problems. She is going to take legal action against them because of reasons stated. She suggested they should fix vehicles when they need it, be polite and treat their customers with respect.
