Marcelo said they are friendly and treat him great. They make him feel comfortable. He really likes the shuttle service they offer, if the customer does not want to wait for their vehicle inside the business. His service advisor, Steve, explained everything to him and called him ahead of time when his vehicle was ready. The service advisor also saved him money by explaining the warranty to him. He only had to pay the deductible. His vehicle runs great.
