Spoke with Jason. He said his vehicle has been to the business three times and the first time they did not notice the transmission was leaking. The second time he took his vehicle to the business they told him it was still not leaking so he took it back a third time and then they realized it was leaking. The business still has his vehicle right now to fix the transmission leak. His service advisor did not seem to care about the issue with his vehicle and just wanted to pass him through and it took him until the third time at the business to realize his transmission was leaking. His service advisor told him that he would call him about the status of his vehicle and he never called so he had to call himself to find out. The business did not even find the problem with his vehicle when he took it there three times so he was not satisfied with the work. He would not recommend this business because of the reasons already stated. The business could serve him better by listening and paying attention to the customers.

Spoke with Annie B. She said they were efficient and everything went well.

Taranjeet said this place of business was very convenient and the work turned out great.

Denise said they are great in every way but there is one issue she had on her last visit. The service advisor went over the invoice but failed to tell her that it was written that a rear tire needed to be changed. Her previous service advisor always made her aware of things like that and this one did not. With that exception this business is great and she was completely satisfied.

Peggy said she is considering purchasing a Volkswagen Beetle but is unsure of when she will be making this purchase. She also said this business is excellent.
