Gabriela said she liked the work this business did. She liked the way the staff treated her. She was not satisfied with the lack of communication. Spoke with Patrick. He said he brought this vehicle in for the 10,000 mile maintenance check and he had this business check the stereo speakers because he thought they were blown. This facility told him there was nothing wrong with the speakers, but he is 100 percent sure they are blown. He said he was told his vehicle would be ready in and hour and a half to two hours, but the vehicle wasn't ready until 4 and a half hours later and he did not elaborate on the reason for the delay. He said his service advisor named Jadsa was kind of rude, but he chose not to elaborate. He suggested that this business listen to their customers more and have their vehicles ready on time. Their representatives should be more polite and courteous. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.

Robert said he brought his vehicle in early, but this business didn't get to it until later on in the morning. The vehicle was at this business for 2 whole days. They did fix the problem. There was no promise time because it was open ended. He said he is considering purchasing a vehicle some time next year. He doesn't have a make or model in mind, but it probably won't be a Volkswagen. This is his first Volkswagen and he has had problems with the computer chip, the transmission and the vacuum seal. It cost him $1000 this visit and the last time, it cost $3000. He said if he didn't have the insurance package, he would be screwed. This business could serve him better by hopefully starting work on the vehicle in the morning, when it is brought there in the morning.
