Fantastic service above and beyond
My check engine light came on while I was driving on Sunday. No autoshops were open in Tacoma on Sunday, so I brought mine to Lloyd's on Monday morning. Not only were they able to take me as a walk-in appointment, but one of the mechanics gladly offered to drive me back to my home because the tests they needed to run would take a while. Lloyd's was able to diagnose the problem, replace the part, and get the car back to me by 17:30 same day, while providing friendly customer service. They've definitely earned themselves a loyal customer.
