I am a retired Navy pilot...Masters in Psychology, trained as a Stephen Minister, licensed Realtor, Civilian Flight insturctor. I have never dealt with a better organized, more personable, efficient business in my life. I have owned 34 cars in my life and have had several windshields replaced, so I know of what I speak. You may use my statements and my above results in any way you deem fit. Continue just the way you are....I see little to no room for imporvement.
