May I suggest offering a replacement Kit for the Molding around the windshield. With a 10 year old car it is very weathered and would look so much nicer new. I would have paid a reasonable price. Seems to be a potential profit area since I am sure insurance does not allow much of that.

Mr. Eisler, The side moldings on your 2003 Expedition are what the insurance companies consider to be reusable parts and are only available from the Ford dealer for around $65 dollars each. We would be happy to replace them for you, but unfortunately parts like those aren't covered by the insurance. If you are interested in having them replaced, I would be happy to order them for you at our cost, and we would install them free of charge. Just let us know if we can be of service! Thank you!
