The person who took the initial call was very helpful and as my windshield had been broken on a Saturday, he was very curteous and willing to help get it replaced as soon as possible. By far the most helpful person that I called that day, and I called several placed before I found the number for Llyod's. Although, I did not get any steaks, which I was on a commericial that you guys give with windshield replacement.
