Raymond said it took ten days to get the estimate on the repair and he had to call them to get updates on the progress of the repair. He was not satisfied with the first estimate given on the repair due to being told he would need an oil pan and a transmission pan because the person doing the estimate was not aware the engine had seized up. He was not satisfied with the communication due to having had to call them. He would not recommend them based on this visit.
