Andres said he was not completely satisfied with the quality of the repair, because a component on the right rear door handle was loose. This resulted in the handle falling off. He has contacted them, and they are aware of the issue. The vehicle was one day later than promised, they gave no reason for the delay. When he picked up the vehicle the interior was dirty, it was covered in dust. The customer service was great. Brandon kept him very well updated, and when he called them Brandon was always able to answer his questions immediately. He had no problems with the way he was treated at this business.
