Spoke with Bart. He mentioned that the quality of the repair wasn't good because they got overspray all over the vehicle. Bart said that he had to pay for the rental car and they still missed two spots on the paint when they repainted the vehicle. So now he will have to take the vehicle back again and he will probably have to pay for a rental vehicle again. He added that the work was sloppy. The vehicle wasn't ready when promised because they ordered the wrong window. Bart didn't elaborate as to how late the vehicle was but did state that they ordered the right window and they needed to order the left window. He wouldn't recommend this business because of the above mentioned reasons. Bart explained that the insurance side of the repair was handled well and done well but the repair work was very sloppy.
