Spoke with Jeanette. She said Betty did a fantastic job, but not all of the repairs were performed that were supposed to be done. She will be returning to the business because some items were forgotten. The repair update emails were nice to receive during the repair process. They estimated the price too low, which caused an inconvenience. She suggested when the customer requests that additional work be performed, the business should communicate to ensure all the parts are in for the repairs to be completed. She made the appointment two weeks in advance to insure there was enough time for the parts to come in.
