Lashondra said she was not satisfied with the customer service at this business. They never communicated when her vehicle would be ready and she had to call herself. She is dissatisfied with the repair so she talked to the adjuster and in her warranty she is allowed to come back, but can not be given a rental vehicle. The paint job was not done correctly and there are dust particles from the paint, inside her vehicle. They could have cleaned the inside better. She went on the fifth or sixth of June and she was told they would start working on the vehicle on Monday. She called on a Thursday, but they never returned her call. She called the adjuster, she gave him her phone number and email to be notified about the repairs but they never did. The next Friday she went up there to check on her vehicle and had not started working on it. It was not ready when promised for this reason. She does not recall how late it was. She was not kept adequately informed. The personnel and the person who prepared her estimate could have communicated better. They lacked communication overall. She would not recommend them based on this experience.
