Jesus said there was a delay in getting the parts. One of the parts got lost and had to be reordered. As a result, his vehicle was delayed 2 weeks, which cost him $500 in rental fees. He was told the business would take care of the rental, but they didn't. Had he known they weren't going to cover the extra rental fees he would have returned the vehicle. There was an issue with the insurance which also added to the delay. The business did not contact him and was hard to get in touch with. He wasn't satisfied with the person who prepare his estimate because the process was slow. The communication wasn't satisfactory because of what has already been shared.
