Andrea said this business had a huge lack of communication and they were inconvenient. She called on Monday to see when she could come in, but they never gave her a straight answer and they were indecisive. They told her they would call back, but they never did. She had to have her vehicle estimated elsewhere. She could have waited to until the 13th to bring her vehicle in, but no one told her that and they were just trying to work her in. She could have had her vehicle worked on at another facility that was closer to her, been done faster, and be covered under warranty. She had to take two days off of work and the whole situation should have had better communication. She would not recommend this business over the reasons already mentioned.
