Michelle said the person she dealt has absolutely no customer service skills. She was not kept updated of the work that was being done to her vehicle. The person she dealt with was the estimator and a representative of her insurance company. They had her vehicle about a week longer than first told because of additional damage. When she mentioned concerns about mechanical damage she was basically ignored. She spent another $300 to have her personal mechanic check it over. At 12:22 on Friday during her lunch she received an automated announcement telling her vehicle was ready and she would need to pick it up by 5 and if she was unable to pick it up by then she would need to pay the rental vehicle business for any additional charges. They do not make it convenient for anyone who works. They are open Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. The could serve the customer better if they could stay open late one evening or opening on Saturday. The repair facility shows arrogance by having employees that do not care about their customers. She will no longer deal with this business on any level. The rental vehicle company showed her more concern and respect than either the repair facility and her insurance. They were willing to eat the 2 days of rental cost.
