Maria said she received the vehicle 3 weeks later from the promised time due to the alignment having problems. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, because her and her family kept calling the business for the status on the vehicle. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the personnel or the communication, because she was never contacted for updates. Due to these reasons, she wouldn't recommend them.
