Casey said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the paint on her vehicle is still not right and they scratched her vehicle during the service and did not fix it. Her vehicle was delayed by 4 days because the paint was not right the first time. She did not elaborate on why she was not kept informed by the business. No one prepared the estimate, the insurance company took her vehicle to them. She said she was not satisfied with the way she was treated by the business because they were extremely rude and did not fix her vehicle up to her expectations.
