Blanche said the employees at this business were polite, efficient at providing service and provided the service they had to provide in a timely manner. The estimate was handled by AAA and they were horrible. She heard from them one time and that was it. The accident occurred in December she did not hear from them since. They were claiming the other driver was not their customer even though she had his name, a picture of his vehicle and other essential identifying information. Her vehicle looks wonderful.
