Motaz said when he came to pick up his vehicle, he did a walk around inspection. He saw a scratch that was not there before. The area that was done by them looked smeared. It was noticeable with the sunlight. They tried not to acknowledge the scratch. They made it appear that it was there when he brought his vehicle in. It was a good thing that he and a service advisor both walked around his vehicle when he dropped it off. There was no scratch then. They fixed the scratch and the smear. His vehicle was supposed to be ready on Friday. They did not have the headlight available, so he had to wait until Monday morning. Since they had to fix the scratch and smear, his vehicle was not ready until Monday afternoon. He was not informed during the process. He was too busy to call them. He called them on Friday thinking his vehicle was ready as promised. He was pleased with their service after the second visit.
