Thomas said he really enjoyed working with Rusty, he's very easy to do business with. He really appreciates that he kept him updated. He said his vehicle was a ready few days late because there was some underlying damage that they found once they took the vehicle apart. He was out of town and it was a holiday weekend. He said he didn't communicate with anyone at the facility.
