Review for Lone Star Chevrolet Body Shop
Adrian B. on 12/08/2012
Adrian said it took forever to get his vehicle and then he had to return so they could fix the tire sensor light and the windshield wiper spray nozzles. Both of these items have now been repaired. He stated this business did a poor job in painting his vehicle because it feels rough to the touch. He said it feels like sandpaper. This business had his vehicle for one month and fifteen days. This business told him the insurance company was delaying them but when he dropped off his vehicle they had told him they would handle everything. This business waited for two weeks before they started working on his vehicle because they were waiting for him, to let them know to get started, so there was miscommunication somewhere. He was never called with updates so he had to do the calling constantly. Since he did not hear from anyone until he called, he was not satisfied with the shop's communication. He would not recommend this business because of the reasons mentioned and because he had to pay $300 for a rental out of pocket for the extra two weeks that this business had his vehicle.
