Melissa said this business didn't clean her vehicle and some dust was left. A knob was removed from her radio and it didn't get replaced. The scratches on her rear passenger door weren't addressed and they were part of the accident. It ended up being about a week and a half longer and she couldn't say as to why a delay occurred. Her husband called several times and if he hadn't called, they would not have found out about the delay. It took about 4 days to get an estimate. This business didn't communicate. Due to the reasons stated, she wouldn't recommend this business to others.
