Edith said nothing went right during her visit from start to finish. The vehicle was not repaired to her expectations. The back bumper has a big ripple of paint in it. There is a chip on the edge of the bumper and painters tape was left on the vehicle.The left taillight is sticking out about a quarter of an inch. There are two chunks of paint on the right taillight and when this was mentioned Betty her estimator insisted they were bird droppings. When the problem with the vehicle was pointed out to Betty her response was to keep the vehicle and have the painters tape removed. The problem with the left taillight has not been resolved. Edith is not satisfied with the communication and would not recommend based on the results of her repair not meeting her expectations. When she arrived at the business there were no instructions directing her to the repair facility.
