Susan said the business's time frame was off and she was not happy with the work they did. She was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because the work was not perfect and she did not elaborate any further. Her vehicle was ready two weeks late and she does not know why. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and she does not know why. She was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared her estimate because he did not go over anything before or after. She did not know what was done to her vehicle until she had a third party look at it after the repairs were done by the business. She was not satisfied with the business's communication and she would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons already stated.
