Malvina stated the staff took awhile to get all the repair services completed. She wanted to get her vehicle inspected before she picked it up, however the staff advised her the diagnostic computer was not working properly. Then she did have a problem with the right side passenger door. The staff finally realized they needed to order another part. They are waiting for parts and have been having shipping issues regarding the door part. As a result, she will contact Betty to find out whether or not the part arrived to complete the rest of the repair service. The rest of the bodywork on the vehicle was fine. The staff was fine. She brings her vehicle to the business a lot for accident repairs.
