Miguel said after having his vehicle repaired at this business, he noticed there was a white stain left on the hood and also a bunch of compound stains. This business forgot to put back on the decals he had on his vehicle and one of the pieces of weather stripping was totally loose. They attempted to remove the compound stains but he said that the stains are still there. He said that he will probably have to purchase a buffer from Sears and try to buff out the compound himself. The white stain looks like something fell on the paint before the clear coat was added and there is no way to get that stain off. Miquel mentioned he has a really nice vehicle that has been featured on American Mazda website. Mr. Jim at this business told Miguel he needed to speak with David about what to do regarding the stains on his vehicle. He has not been returning Miguels phone calls and Miguel is thinking about filing charges against this business. In order to prevent a possible situation, Miguel had taken pictures of his vehicle prior to the collision and prior to the repairs. He was very pleased with the body repairs but suggested this business pay closer attention to details before returning the vehicles back to their owners. He was never given a promise time but mentioned that the repairs took a little longer than he had expected. The repairs took 3 weeks and he had to personally check on his vehicle because he was not given updates on the status of his vehicle. He said that this business should improve their communication with their customers. He was sometimes called and sometimes not. He would not recommend this business to others because of the reasons he stated.
