Lisa said she felt this facility did a very good job by her and they worked directly with the insurance company. She and her husband picked the vehicle up on Thursday and on Friday, found out there was no coolant in the radiator and took the vehicle back to the facility. Her husband had to be a little stern with them because they told him they were not responsible. Lisa said this was a front end collision and they did take care of the issue.
