Rosalina said she had no follow up and the person in charge never called her. She had to do all of the calling to find out anything. Her vehicle was 3 days late. They held up her vehicle until the final payment of $275 from the insurance company went through. She had a rental vehicle and they told her the vehicle was ready. She mentioned she had to get the rental extended because of them holding up her vehicle for final payment from the insurance company. They said she would have to pay out of pocket for her rental. Finally everything had gotten taken care of and the insurance paid for her rental as well. She wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair and had to call because this business didn't communicate with her. At this time, she wouldn't recommend them to others.
