David said he is very unhappy with his service experience because the paintwork was not done right, but chose not to elaborate further. They left grease in his vehicle and they never offered a shuttle for pick up. He said his vehicle was not ready when promised because it took 7 months to complete repairs on a minor accident, but chose not to elaborate on the cause of the delay. In August, when they told him the vehicle was completed but he found his motor mounts were not replaced. He would not recommend this facility because he had nothing but bad service. He stated he is thoroughly disgusted and will not even buy a Chevrolet after this experience.
