Likitia said the business personnel did a good job, but her vehicle was not ready when promised. It was several days late and they did not say why. Also, they did not keep her adequately informed during the repair process. She had to call them to get updated and they did not call her. Therefore, she was not satisfied with the shop's communication. She said she would have appreciated them calling her and letting her know when the vehicle would be ready and updating her.
