Spoke with Greg. He said he rated his overall experience a 2 because he had to take the vehicle back twice for something they didn't fix and they charged him for changing the water pump when this was under warranty and is waiting for refund check. They changed the temperature sensor and didn't reconnect the wiring to the cooling fan and had to go back for this and could have been left stranded. There was no promised time but he had to call them after 2 weeks of not hearing anything from them and was told that the claims person was on vacation. Because of these reasons, he was not happy with the communication as well and will not recommend this facility for repairs.
