Irene said they did everything they were supposed to do and it came out beautifully. She said she did call and talk with a lady who wrote down all of Irene's concerns with her vehicle. When she brought the vehicle in that lady was on vacation so Irene reiterated to the man that was there she was having issues with her back panel on the hatchback part. He said it just needed a new clip and that he would replace it since it was under warranty. It never did get replaced and most likely that request just got lost in transition. She plans to bring it back in and have it replaced.
