Jonathan said this was the worst experience he has ever had with any business in his life. He brought his vehicle in and Jim the service advisor took pictures and was his liaison with the insurance company. The day he was to bring his vehicle in Jim called him and told him the business was backed up and not to bring it in because they wouldn't be able to work on it for a week. After taking it in and being there for a week he received a call saying his vehicle was ready and he went over what repairs were to be done on his vehicle with the person on the phone. He found there were four unspecified items that were not completed. Jim told him not to come in and they would have these repairs done. It would be a top priority. A week later he came to pick up his vehicle. The paint was not done properly as it had dirt and dust under the paint and there was an inch of his vehicle that was not painted. The tailgate would not open and then it was difficult for them to get it closed. He was told to come back in a week but someone typed in the computer the account was closed and he was a satisfied customer. He began receiving harassing phone calls from the insurance company and the vehicle rental company saying his vehicle was repaired and had to pay $120 for the rental fees since he still had it. He called Jim and asked if he put in the system his vehicle was repaired and he told him he did not close his account. During the call Jim mentioned he was going to hang up on Jonathan because he was so irate. The business had the vehicle so long that the 20 days the insurance company paid for the rental vehicle ran out. When he came to pick up the vehicle after a week he noticed it was pulling to right and asked if an alignment was done on the vehicle but it was not. He was told someone test drove the vehicle and decided it did not need it.
