Billy said his vehicle is currently at the business because the back door and rear panel has to be repainted. Both bumpers are also being fixed and painted. He chose not to elaborate further on why he was not satisfied with the repair work. It took longer than promised due to an insurance company delay and is unsure how much longer it took.
